Privacy Policy — Dream Machines of Texas

Overview

This application is an internal automation tool used exclusively by Dream Machines of Texas to publish motorcycle inventory listings to our Facebook Page and Instagram account. It is not a public-facing consumer product.

What We Collect

This tool accesses and processes the following data solely to perform its function:

Motorcycle inventory data scraped from our own dealership website (dreammachinesoftexas.com)
Photos and specifications associated with each listing
Facebook and Instagram access tokens used to publish posts on our behalf
A log of which listings have been published, stored in our own AWS S3 bucket

How We Use Data

To generate AI-written captions for motorcycle listings via OpenRouter
To publish posts to our Facebook Page and Instagram account via the Meta Graph API
To track which inventory items have already been posted to avoid duplicates

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any data with third parties. All data processed by this application is used solely for internal dealership operations. The only external services this tool communicates with are:

Meta Graph API — to publish posts to our own Facebook and Instagram accounts
OpenRouter / Groq — to generate post captions (bike specs only, no personal data)
AWS S3 — to store inventory and publish logs in our own private bucket

Data Retention

Inventory files are retained for 1 day by default and then deleted. Published bike logs are retained in our private S3 bucket for operational tracking. No personal data is stored.

User Data

This application does not collect, store, or process any end-user personal data. It does not have a user registration system, does not set cookies, and does not track visitors.

Meta Platform Data

This app uses the Meta Graph API under our own Facebook developer account. It only accesses our own Facebook Page and Instagram Business account to publish content. No user data from Facebook or Instagram is collected or stored.
